Fees

"How much will it cost?", you ask.

Since our creative services are billed at an hourly rate, we would have to evalute your project for complexity before we can give you a quote. Our general pricing guidelines are listed below. After you have a look at the prices and our portfolio, drop us a line and tell us about your website needs. We will be happy to give you a price quote!

"How do I pay?", you ask.

After we contract with you to proceed with the project, we require a retainer of the estimated fees to begin. We'll try to work within our estimate, and will let you know ahead of time if it looks like we will exceed the estimate. When we're done with the project, payment for charges exceeding the estimate are due. You may pay by money order, company/personal check, or by any payment card via PayPal.com. Recurring costs (e.g. site hosting, domain registration fees) are billed annually in advance.

Pricing Guidelines

• web page design, maintenance, and consulting; technical writing and content creation: $50/hr, 4 hr minimum
• non-profit web site hosting and management, hosted by us www.yoursitename.{org, com, net} with email yourname@yoursitename.{org, com, net} forwarded to your regular email service: $50 set up $6/month, 12 month minimum plus $50/hour site management/maintenance after initial set up, as needed
• web site hosting and management, hosted by us www.yoursitename.{org, com, net} with pop3 and web-based email yourname@yoursitename.{org, com, net} includes domain registration: $75 set up $15-25/month, 12 month minimum $70 domain registration (2 years), plus $50/hour site management/maintenance after initial set up, as needed
• website management/maintenance, hosted by provider of your choice (we'll help you choose) www.yoursitename.{org, com, net} with pop3 email, includes domain registration (you may also maintain your own site after we set it up for you): $75 consulting set up, $70 domain registration (2 years), $7-40/month host cost, plus host set up costs ($10-70), plus $50/hour site management/maintenance after initial set up, as needed plus $35/year domain registration

Terms and Conditions

• Hosting services are provided "as is". We try to choose a reliable host for you, but no host service can guarantee 100% up time. Neither can we.
• Email services are provided "as is". No email service that we choose for you is private, free of spam, or 100% reliable. There will be attachment size limitations, as well as mailbox storage limitations on any email service we offer you. You are responsible for complying with this limits.
• Hosting services are provided in return for advance payment. If you don't pay us, we reserve the right to terminate hosting service of your website, or temporarily re-direct your home page until payment is received.
• We are not an internet provider, and do not offer an internet connection service. If you are unable to obtain a live internet connection to check your email or browse the web, please yell at the company that provides your DSL, cable internet, wireless, or dial-up service. Not us.
• Web design services are provided on a best effort basis. We are responsible for creating a beautiful, clean, efficient website, according to pre-agreed upon criteria. You are responsible for providing content to us free of typographical and factual error.
• Print design services are provided on a best effort basis. We are responsible for creating a visually stunning and easy to read document, according to pre-agreed upon criteria. You will be given the opportunity to review and approve the document prior to printing, and are responsible for providing content to us free of typographical and factual error. Once you have approved the document for printing, you are responsible for the cost of printing.
• You are responsible for keeping us informed of changes in your contact and billing information.
• Because we are proud of our work and think it might bring us additional customers, our customers websites will be listed in our portfolio, unless they opt out.
• You may terminate our services any time, with a 30 day advance notice. Money you paid in advance will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
